I guess in your case if she has given you her number willingly...it is best that you take that step and give her a hello. I suggest that you make it short for the first call. It will give her a sense of knowing that there is a "real person" behind that chat nick. Just let her know that you want to say, "hello" and that you want to know how she is doing. Maybe the next call can be longer. I think you have already developed a relationship online and by calling her it brings a relationship into another level...it could be friendship or something more.
